Pricing

Our prices are displayed already including VAT (Sales Tax) at the current UK rate. Customers outside of the EU do not pay sales tax, so your final cost will be lower than initially displayed. You can view the lower tax free prices by registering on our site.

Note: Upon Checkout, VAT is simply shown separately for your information. It is not added again to the existing prices displayed.

Postage & Packing

We operate a fair Postage & Packing policy. Our P&P prices start at just £2.99. So customers only buying a small low price item do not have to pay an unbalanced amount.

We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries. Our standard delivery service within the UK normally delivers next day but it is not guaranteed. A signature upon receipt will be required. UK customers do have the option of upgrading delivery to guaranteed next day (Special Delivery) or even guaranteed Saturday delivery (if ordering on a Friday).

Payment must be made before 3pm for orders to go out the same day. All delivery guarantees are subject to National Holidays. Please always bear this in mind.

International Sales

We sell internationally but some countries are not covered. Upon checkout, if there are no delivery options available, we don't serve that country yet but please contact us and we may be able to help. We now sell to South Africa using lower cost International Signed For shipping.

All Major Credit & Debit Cards (via Sagepay) - We accept all major credit and debit cards. Sagepay are one of the largest merchant processors in the UK.

Paypal - We accept Paypal payment, the most popular P2P payment system in the world. It's quick and convenient.

For larger corporation/institution orders please contact us for invoicing.

Security

All transactions on our website are super secure. Our website has SSL cryptographic security so you have peace of mind on any information you submit. All your payment details are submitted directly to our processors, there are no third party records.

We will NEVER share your contact details with any third party companies.
